What time does registration open and where is it located?

Registration opens on Friday, January 30 at 6:30 AM in the Glimmer Marble Foyer (level 4) at the Fontainebleau Miami Beach.

Friday, January 30: 6:30 AM - 6:00 PM
Saturday, January 31: 7:30 AM - 3:15 PM
Sunday, February 1: 7:15 AM - 1:00 PM

Do you offer Day Passes?

Yes, day passes are offered at the conference registration desk located at the Fontainebleau Miami Beach. Days passes are $125 per day (not availabe for advance purchase).

Do you offer Guest Passes?

No, we do not offer guest passes.

How many credits will I earn?

You can earn up to 12.5 CME/CE credits. Information to claim your credits will be provided at the end of the conference.

Is there onsite parking?

Yes there is onsite parking at Fontainebleau Miami Beach.

Valet Parking: $59/day
Note: Non-hotel guests must obtain a validation sticker from the conference registration desk to secure this rate.

Where can I access the slides?

Attendees will have access to a QR code onsite that will direct them to the slides. If there are any issues with accessing the slides, please visit the registration desk or reach out to support@medscapelive.com.

If there is an issue with your hotel reservation, you can contact the Fontainebleau Miami Beach directly.

Where can I access my headshot and conference photos?
